Family-Owned Plumbing Company Serving Southern California

    Community Involvement

For over a decade, Power Pro Plumbing has been a proud member of the Southern California community, serving many families and businesses throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. We value our presence in these communities, and we are very grateful that they have trusted Power Pro as their plumber. That is why we are dedicated to helping and making a positive difference any way we can. With our Community Outreach Team in full force, we are able to give back and say “thank you” to the communities that have welcomed and supported us from the beginning.
Power Pro Plumbing is here to help – because we care.
Below are some of the events that our team has been fortunate enough to participate in.

    March of Dimes

The March of Dimes held on April 27, 2014, was a 3.5-mile walk that helped raise money to support programs that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies, and to fund research for answers that may eliminate the problems that threaten the health of babies. As a way to show our support of this worthy cause, we donated 7,000 water bottles and handed them out to the participants of the event.

    Power Pro Plumbing Toy Drive

During the Christmas season, we go to different schools and create a “Winter Wonderland” by handing out toys to the children. Being able to see the smiles light up on every child’s face reminds us why we started our Community Outreach Program in the first place. Some of the schools we have visited in the past are:
    • McNair Elementary – Compton, CA
    • 135th Street Elementary School – Gardena, CA
    • Rosecrans Cove Elementary School – Compton, CA
    • Raymond Temple Elementary School – Buena Park, CA

    Gardena Police Department

We are very fortunate that the Gardena Police Department has allowed us to team up with them and help with important events promoting safety, health and antibullying programs. We also donated pancake mix for the Gardena Police Department’s annual pancake breakfast, which helps raise money for the Gardena Police K-9 Unit.

Operation Backpack was held in August at the DCH Gardena Honda dealership. It is a school-supply drive for the students of Gardena High and Junior High. Power Pro Plumbing donated 1,000 binders and received a certificate of recognition from the state Senate.

For Thanksgiving, we went to the Saint Margaret Center in Inglewood and donated 100 turkeys to low-income families. With our help, the center was able to double the amount of Thanksgiving meals provided.
