I had a stopped kitchen sink and needed immediate help but didn't want to pay emergency service prices. Power Pro had availability an hour after I checked their site so I went with them. The plumber, Miguel, arrived quickly and was very friendly. While dealing with the main problem, I mentioned another slow drain in passing and he hopped up and took care of it. While the issue with the kitchen sink turned out to be related to old piping in the building, he tried a number of things to buy us time while we dealt with the apartment manager to get it permanently fixed. While he did offer to perform the necessary service, he advised against it due to the cost and likely scope of the solution. I give him big points for not trying to make that upsale. All told, I ended up paying about 1/4 of what I expected to pay for emergency service. Two thumbs up.
