Both Geo and Ozzie were great. They were polite, courteous, and professional and did a great job putting a new hose that delivers H2O to the tank of our toilet? It had been leaking for 1 week and the other plumber was too busy to come back to finish the job. Also, I had a new float that they installed. So glad to have the leak fixed and get our bathroom back in order.!

Had dropped a small air freshener spray while flushing. Ended up the canister was lodged in the toilet, not in the pipes. Ended up getting a new toilet installed. Aaron from Power Pro was excellent, awesome, professional, and super helpful. He did an amazing job and was extremely pleasant while performing all tasks. I have used Power Pro Plumbing several times for plumbing cleanout, plumbing repair, sewer repair, and hot water line fixes. Each time they have been timely in their response, professional, and thorough. They have been very thorough in explaining both the problem and the fix, and they provide regular updates on the work for larger projects. They have been respectful of my home and very good about leaving the home in a better state than they found it. I will be continuing to use them as my plumber of choice while I own this house!

The scheduler got Rick Bates, the plumber, to our house in 3.5 hours. He’s a very polite, knowledgeable, young man. He came up with a very acceptable replacement set, installed it promptly, and cleaned up the sink area with a Lysol-type cleaner. His respect for us and our hardwood floors is exemplary of his character. I’m keeping their number for any future need and hope to have Mr. Bate back as our tech. Good company!
