I do not usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Rickey that I felt I needed to. From the start, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly respectful of my home—he even took his shoes off without being asked, which I really appreciated. Ricky took the time to walk me through the issue, explain what caused it, and lay out my options in a way that made sense. There was no pressure, no upselling—just honest advice. He was upfront about the pricing, which was fair, and he got straight to work once I gave the go-ahead. He finished the job quickly and left the space cleaner than he found it. It is clear he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to call Ricky again or recommend him to friends and family. We were referred to you by Home Depot to install a replacement garbage disposal. Your representative, Juan Hernandez. arrived about 5:30 PM for an appointment scheduled for 3:00 - 5:00 PM. He was knowledgeable and friendly but we were not on the same page. He wanted to sell a year-long Membership including various checkups of plumbing and HVAC at about $1000/year. I only wanted to install a new garbage disposal. When it came to Power Pro's price for installation of a garbage disposal it wat $800 - $900 depending on whether we joined a Membership. This quote was more than 4X what we subsequently paid to have the garbage disposal installed. While I don't blame you for chasing new business my experience was a total waste of time. I had a phone conversation with a lady from your office in which I provided this information about your quote being extremely out-of -line.
