How Power Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air collects, uses, and protects your information.

  • We use analytics and advertising tools, including cookies and pixels from partners such as Google and Meta. California law may treat that as “sharing.” We never sell your information for money.
  • You can opt out any time under Your Privacy Choices, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal automatically.
  • Our texts are about your service request. Reply STOP to stop them. We never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.
  • Questions or requests: call (833) 212-2124 or email [email protected].

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

This website is operated by Power Pro, Inc., doing business as Power Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air (“Power Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractor (CSLB License #766254) with offices in Cerritos, Gardena, and Anaheim, serving Los Angeles and Orange County. This policy explains what personal information we collect through powerproplumbing.com, our online scheduler and chat, our phone lines and text messages, and our forms; how we use and share it; and the choices and rights you have. It is also our California “notice at collection.”

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request service, book online, chat with us, call or text us, or apply for a job, we collect what you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, details about your home and the problem, your appointment preferences, and, for job applications, your work history and résumé.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our partners collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, the site that referred you, and approximate location inferred from your IP address, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Sections 4 and 7).

Information from others. Our scheduling, chat, and call-tracking providers send us the details of bookings, chats, and calls you start with us. If you apply for financing, the lender may tell us whether an application was approved and for how much, so we can complete your project.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers on this website.

3. How We Use Information

  • Responding to you and scheduling, performing, and following up on service;
  • Preparing the estimates and quotes you ask for;
  • Managing memberships, warranties, and customer support;
  • Sending the service-related texts and emails you agreed to;
  • Reviewing job applications;
  • Measuring how the site and our advertising perform, and showing you relevant ads;
  • Protecting the site and our forms from spam, fraud, and abuse;
  • Meeting our legal, licensing, tax, and insurance obligations.

4. Tools and Partners on This Website

These are the third-party tools the site uses, by name or type:

  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. Site usage analytics, run with Google Consent Mode. See Google’s privacy policy.
  • Advertising partners. Our tag manager can load advertising tools that measure which ads lead to calls and bookings and help show our ads to people who visited the site. These may include Google Ads and Google’s ad-serving services (DoubleClick and googlesyndication), the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, The Trade Desk, simpli.fi, and the ad exchanges Google’s ad tags connect to, such as Magnite, Index Exchange, Xandr and BidSwitch. These partners collect online identifiers and site activity under their own privacy policies. You can opt out under Your Privacy Choices.
  • Call tracking and lead attribution (CallRail, Marchex and WhatConverts). Shows a tracking phone number on the site so we can see which pages and ads lead to calls and form leads. It records the number you call from and the time and length of the call. A related call-tracking and marketing script is also served from smtrk.net. See CallRail’s privacy notice and Marchex’s privacy policy.
  • Broccoli. Our online booking tool and website chat. What you type into it goes to Broccoli and to us. The chat widget uses PostHog analytics to measure how it is used. See Broccoli’s website.
  • Schedule Engine (ServiceTitan). Online scheduling. See ServiceTitan’s privacy notice.
  • Searchlight. Marketing attribution that connects website visits to the service calls they lead to.
  • pulseM (Speetra). Displays our verified customer reviews. See pulseM’s website.
  • Search Atlas. A search-optimization tool that loads a script to manage page SEO settings and measure visits.
  • CI Web Group site analytics. Our web agency, CI Web Group, measures site visits and performance (cortex.ciwebgroup.com) to maintain and improve this website.
  • Google reCAPTCHA. Protects our forms from spam. It collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google. Its use is subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.
  • Website platform and form delivery. Our website provider hosts the site and relays your form submissions to our office.

5. Phone Calls and Chat

When you call a number shown on this site, our call-tracking provider records the calling number, the time, and the length of the call. If we record a call for quality or training, we will tell you at the start of the call, and you may ask to speak without being recorded. Our website chat keeps a transcript of the conversation so our team can follow up. Chat replies may be generated or assisted by automated tools; a member of our team is available if you ask.

6. Text Message (SMS) Program

When you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, or start a text conversation with us, you agree that Power Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air may send you text messages about your request, including by automated technology. Our texts are service messages: replies to your request, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, and follow-up about the work.

  • Message frequency varies with your request.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send one message confirming you’ve opted out, then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (833) 212-2124.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting providers receive your number only to send our messages.

Text-message terms are also in our Terms of Service.

7. Cookies, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track

We use necessary cookies, which keep the site secure and working and are always on, and optional analytics and advertising cookies and pixels. For U.S. visitors, optional cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the U.K., and Switzerland, optional cookies stay off unless you accept them.

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, even if you accepted optional cookies before. Browsers’ “Do Not Track” setting has no agreed standard, so we respond to GPC instead.

8. How We Share Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers who work for us under contract: scheduling and chat, call tracking, texting, analytics, website hosting and form delivery, email, and spam protection. They may use it only to provide services to us;
  • Advertising partners, which receive online identifiers and site activity through cookies and pixels, as described in Section 4;
  • Financing partners you choose to apply with. Financing is offered through third-party lenders; the application happens on the lender’s system under the lender’s own privacy policy;
  • Authorities and others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers, our team, or the public;
  • A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganized, under the commitments in this policy.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Some of the advertising tools described in Section 4 may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. We treat them that way and give you the right to opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

9. Your Privacy Choices

Use the controls below to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and turn off optional analytics and advertising cookies on this browser. Your choice is saved in this browser, so repeat it on each browser or device you use. You can also opt out by calling or emailing us (Section 10).

10. Your California Privacy Rights

If you live in California, you have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, our purposes, and the categories of recipients;
  • Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, using Your Privacy Choices, our Do Not Sell or Share page, or a GPC signal;
  • Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights. We will not deny you service or charge you a different price because you did.

Sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it under California law.

How to make a request. Call us toll-free at (833) 212-2124 (answered 24/7) or email [email protected] with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we will tell you why. To protect you, we verify requests to know, delete, or correct by matching details you give us, such as your name, phone number, and service address, against our records. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for your signed permission and may ask you to verify your identity directly. Opt-out requests do not need verification.

“Shine the Light.” We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
