Orange homeowners have called Power Pro first for 20+ years — for everything from middle-of-the-night emergencies to planned upgrades. Your service is dispatched from our Anaheim office, so a licensed, background-checked technician is genuinely nearby, not "in your area" in name only.

Central OC spans 1960s–70s tracts in Garden Grove, Santa Ana, and Westminster through Irvine's newer master-planned villages, so system ages vary widely street to street. Slab-on-grade construction is standard, keeping slab-leak detection in demand. HOA communities often have placement and noise rules that affect condenser and heat-pump installs.

Every visit starts the same way: we diagnose, explain your options in plain language, and put exact pricing in writing before any work begins. We back it with a price match guarantee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee — and 1,400+ Google reviews across Los Angeles & Orange County keep us honest.

Orange facts that shape drain & sewer work

Housing age

64.3% of Orange's 46,952 housing units (about 30,190) were built before 1980, and 19.7% (about 9,250) before 1960, per the Census ACS 2020–2024 estimates; the median year built is 1973. Unless a lateral has been replaced, many sewer lines under those 30,190 Orange housing units are more than 46 years old, and clay or cast-iron laterals of that age are prone to root intrusion, offset joints, and cracking — the defects a camera inspection finds.

Permits

Sewer line replacement on private property in Orange is permitted through the City of Orange Building and Safety Services division; work in the street or sidewalk can need a separate public works permit.
