Pasadena homeowners have called Power Pro first for 20+ years — for everything from middle-of-the-night emergencies to planned upgrades. Your service is dispatched from our Cerritos office, so a licensed, background-checked technician is genuinely nearby, not "in your area" in name only.

The San Gabriel Valley runs noticeably hotter than the coast in summer, so properly sized air conditioning is essential rather than optional. Postwar slab-on-grade tracts make slab leaks a familiar local failure, and groundwater-served areas have some of the hardest water in the county. Many 1950s–60s homes are on their original galvanized supply piping.

Every visit starts the same way: we diagnose, explain your options in plain language, and put exact pricing in writing before any work begins. We back it with a price match guarantee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee — and 1,400+ Google reviews across Los Angeles & Orange County keep us honest.

Pasadena facts that shape drain & sewer work

Housing age

72.2% of Pasadena's 63,203 housing units (about 45,630) were built before 1980, and 49.3% (about 31,160) before 1960, per the Census ACS 2020–2024 estimates; the median year built is 1961. Unless a lateral has been replaced, many sewer lines under those 45,630 Pasadena housing units are more than 46 years old, and clay or cast-iron laterals of that age are prone to root intrusion, offset joints, and cracking — the defects a camera inspection finds.
