Norwalk homeowners have called Power Pro first for 20+ years — for everything from middle-of-the-night emergencies to planned upgrades. Your service is dispatched from our Cerritos office, so a licensed, background-checked technician is genuinely nearby, not "in your area" in name only.

The Gateway Cities are classic 1950s tract-home territory along the 605, 91, and 710, where slab-on-grade foundations make slab leaks a signature local problem. Original galvanized supply pipe and cast-iron drains from that era are now 60-plus years old. Imported water in much of the area is hard, so water heaters scale up quickly without regular flushing.

Every visit starts the same way: we diagnose, explain your options in plain language, and put exact pricing in writing before any work begins. We back it with a price match guarantee and a 100% satisfaction guarantee — and 1,400+ Google reviews across Los Angeles & Orange County keep us honest.

Norwalk facts that shape sewer line repair work

Housing age

83.5% of Norwalk's 27,704 housing units (about 23,130) were built before 1980, and 62.4% (about 17,290) before 1960, per the Census ACS 2020–2024 estimates; the median year built is 1957. Unless a lateral has been replaced, many sewer lines under those 23,130 Norwalk housing units are more than 46 years old, and clay or cast-iron laterals of that age are prone to root intrusion, offset joints, and cracking — the defects a camera inspection finds.
