The Plumbing Installer/Assistant is mainly responsible for job projects such as excavating, repipes, and re-drains, and for installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, and various valves, pipes, and drains, as well as clearing clogged sewers. This person reports to the Plumbing Install Manager.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience preferred
- General knowledge of plumbing concepts required
- Valid driver's license and a clean MVR
- Willingness to invest in the tools used for plumbing
- Motivated to invest time in training to advance job positions, with a commitment to developing customer service and communication skills
- Able to follow verbal and written directions; tablet/iPad and ServiceTitan experience are a plus
- Able to follow all safety guidelines, operate hand and power tools safely, work at heights and in tight conditions from extension and step ladders, use safe lifting procedures, and use a full range of body motion (climbing, stooping, kneeling, balancing, reaching, lifting, bending)
- Must be drug-free and able to pass new-hire and random drug screenings and a background check
